1. Introduction :

Welcome to WOAZAA, a social network dedicated to freedom of expression. We firmly believe that every individual should have the right to freely express themselves.

However, as John Stuart Mill said, “The freedom of one ends where the freedom of another begins.” Consequently, while we encourage free expression, there are boundaries all our users must observe.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions :

By accessing, registering for, or using WOAZAA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our service.

WOAZAA allows users to post, share, and comment on various content. Nevertheless, any content you post must comply with applicable laws.

  • Sexist slurs
  • Defamation
  • Violations of the right to personal image and privacy
  • Spam
• Defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory content.
• Material protected by copyright or trademark laws, unless you have the necessary rights or have received all required permissions.
• Other content that WOAZAA, at its sole discretion, deems inappropriate.

5. Request to Remove Illicit Content :

If you wish to have content removed from WOAZAA, you can use the procedure established by the platform :

• Request removal by email: contact@woazaa.com
• Make a “report” directly on the content
• Contact a Moderator or Admin via chat : @woazaa

We commit to reviewing your removal request and deleting the content as quickly as possible (within 24 hours).

6. User Responsibility :

You alone are responsible for the content you post on WOAZAA. You warrant that your content does not violate these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.

7. Deletion and Moderation :

WOAZAA reserves the right to delete or moderate any content that, at our sole discretion, violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed inappropriate.

8. Modifications :

WOAZAA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon their posting on the site. By continuing to use the service after changes are posted, you accept these modifications.
